Something for You ("we," "us," or "our") provides Website Studio, a service that lets you create personalized websites for people you care about. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

When you purchase a personalized website, you receive a custom subdomain and access to our creation tools for the product described at checkout. Prices, features, and delivery details are shown before you pay.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information and choosing an available website address. We reserve the right to refuse or remove addresses that violate these terms or applicable law.

All sales are subject to the Refunds section below once your website has been generated.

You agree to use our service lawfully and respectfully. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any permissions needed for photos, videos, or text you include.

You may not attempt to disrupt our systems, reverse engineer our service, or use it for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Our brand, website, software, and design elements remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide and improve your personalized website and related services.

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a website has been generated.

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• A technical error caused payment to be collected without delivering the purchased service.
• We are legally required to provide a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect recipient names entered by the customer, or accidental purchases.
